Architectural and engineering (A/E) services to develop conceptual design alternatives to meet the facility and educational needs of the Somersworth Career Technical Center. Goals include:
• Creating an identity for the Career Technical Center.
• Consideration to the concepts of career pathways – what programs should be located near each other, what space can be shared.
• Consideration of the interface of the Career Technical Center with the existing high school and adjacent middle school.
Additionally important is a safe, energy-efficient environment, designed with long-term maintenance strategies in mind.
