Architectural/Engineering services for a Community Development Block Grant Planning Study. Granite State purchased the site in Laconia, NH and consolidated complementary services in one location. This study was to determine the feasibility of housing the potential services at the site, the modifications required, costs and potential funding sources.
Scope of Services included: inspection of the existing building to determine structural, infrastructure, etc. needs, meet with potential service agencies to determine spatial needs, preliminary drawings of the proposed spaces, HVAC assessment and preliminary cost estimate, ADA assessment and preliminary cost estimate, and potential construction funding sources.
